Emotive:

• 1 hour bride getting ready, can include interviews and fun stuff.

• 2 Hours coverage of your reception, details of your choosing.
• Up to 5 hours total coverage.
• 3 DVD copies.

Eternal:

• All day shoot.
• Up to 8 hours total coverage.
• We can offer plenty of creative suggestions or details of your choosing.
• Free highlights package.
• 4 DVD copies.
• Background music and artwork included.

Additions:
DVD freeze frame montage of your wedding.  Freeze frames from our High Definition cameras are superb quality and we offer snapshots of your wedding day on a DVD with music background.  3-5 minutes duration.  2 DVD copies.

Highlight Package:
Makes a great gift for Bridesmaids and Groomsmen, for family and friends or uploaded to a website.  A beautiful presentation of your most precious wedding highlights from the day, set to music.  Includes 2 DVD copies.  Also copied to your master disk as part of the menu.

Save the Date Package:
Allow us to capture moments prior to the big day.  We will be available on the day of your choosing for up to a 4 hour shoot.  Got out on that final date, go fishing, dancing or choose a fund activity.  Here we aim to capture the before, as well as after.  Conditions apply.

Data Disk:
This will contain the original master computer file that was used to create your DVD should you misplace, damage or for any reason need to have it re-mastered.  This is a High Definition file so your Standard Definition DVD could be upgraded to HD in the future.  We will also include a smaller, low resolution file of your wedding that may be played on slower computers.
$80 inc GST.
(NB:  Emotive Media keeps your master on file for a period of six months, however no guarantees are implied as to it's availability).

Additional DVD Copies:
Standard Definition - $30 inc GST.  (Presented in standard hard plastic case with artwork).
High Definition - $50 inc GST.  (Presented in standard hard plastic case with artwork).

Payments:
Bookings up to 6 months in advance require a $500 deposit at time of booking.  (This is non-refundable on cancellations except at the discretion of Emotive Media).
The balance is required 2 weeks prior to shoot (where applicable).

Advance Bookings:
If a booking is made more than 6 months in advance it can be made without a deposit, however the following conditions apply:  A deposit of $500 must be paid 6 months prior to the wedding date.  Balance of funds 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.  An advanced booking is not a binding contract by either party until the deposit is paid and the agreement is signed.  Unless otherwise agreed, prices are current and applicable at the time of signing the agreement.
